This villa is absolutely stunning, and Chara, our host, was just the best! She was always there for us and super quick to share all the important info we needed. Total vibe! This place is seriously stunning, and can we talk about that pool cleaning robot? It literally climbs the walls—how cool is that?! OMG, you guys! I just have to rave about this location! It's super close to the beach, and the taverna? Total vibe!

Five minutes walk from the beach and just far enough from the main road not to be noisy. An almost perfect location. Five of us had a very comfortable stay for five days with all we needed for a self catering stay being provided (including a washing machine and a dishwasher). Easy parking next to the villa or on the street, and there’s a LIDL supermarket usefully close by since obviously, being self catering, you’ll want to go shopping. The apartment was pretty much spotlessly clean when we arrived. It’s spacious with one ground floor double bedroom that has a ‘mezzanine’ for a third bed. The other bedroom is up a narrow staircase and has its own en-suite. There is a good sized living area with kitchenette, and a nice patio with an excellent small pool - great for cooling off after a hard day, or any time really! Definitely a 5* property and a 5* stay. A very nice, very clean, well maintained, air-conditioned, comfortable villa in a great location. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful house to comply with all your needs”
Wonderful newly built house with all facilities and appliances. The floor plan is modern and very practical for a big family or two families together. Having a small pool is super convenient as we don't need to go to beach but still have an evening dip. The neighbourhood is quiet and unusual for a beach property, there was no shouting on the streets and traffic noises.

The owners were amazing and we felt welcomed from the moment of keys collection. Communication was great and the place was spotless, exceeding our expectations, each detail of the villa has been designed and looked after with lots of love and care. The villa is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, only a 10min walking from the beach and 3 minutes away (by car) from the main road. The interior and outdoor area (pool and terrace) of the house was absolutely beautiful and we loved every moment of our stay. We are recommending JOY C Deluxe villa and will book again whenever we will be back in the area. Enjoyed our stay 10/10

“Wonderful stay for our friends' wedding!!!!”
Great property in a quiet location. We loved the pool and terrace area and it was around a 20 min walk to the beach and restaurants on 'Happy Street'. Comms with the host were excellent and she came on a couple of days with additional bits which were not available in the property and extra towels. Great little find! Having a coffee machine with plenty of pods was excellent and enough pods for me as I am the only coffee drinker. Supermarket just 10 mins walk away.

What an amazing place! Everything is well organised,fresh and clean! You have absolutely everything in the villa and the pool is amazing to chill out late evenings! We will come back here for sure Thank you for making our stay very pleasant 😊
