Friendly staff, good value, clean room , towels & bedding , hot water , quiet area not too far from Centro , plenty of Tuk Tuks during the day and early evening, a nice same day Lavandería just across the street. Good wifi for my usage.

“Tranquil pool, comfortable room”
Iguana Haus is a tranquil oasis in the busy city! The staff were very patient with our limited Spanish and were friendly. They allowed us to use the pool after checking out which we appreciated in the heat of Iquitos. The room was large and very comfortable with great AC and a comfy bed. The pool area is very nice, extremely clean and very relaxing. The pool is around 10m long and large enough for cooling off. It is very similar to the photos and is as nice as it looks! The longe area around the pool is also very nice and never busy. We would highly recommend Iguana Haus for anyone looking for a peaceful stay!

No breakfast. Location was a 8 blocks from the centre but the Tuk tuk’s were cheap.

“Great affordable place with relaxt swimming pool area”
Iguana Haus has a shared swimming pool with seating areas, which is available to yourself a lot of the day. A really relaxt place to be, especially after visiting "the jungle of Iquitos" like mercado Belen, the jungle views or the local restaurants. The room was quite spacious with good working airco, nice bed, cupboard and table with 2 chairs. I stayed with the family of Iguana Haus before in 2012, and the family remains as friendly as always. For everyone traveling through to the jungle, I can recommend this still budget option with swimming pool.

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Location was fine, a bit of a walk to the main square. Met expectations for budget accommodation.

“Recommended for a short stay”
The room and the whole place was as described and as on the pics. TV, AC and WiFi worked good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room had space for the clothes and also table and chairs. For three nights it was good.
