“If you looking for a private room to stay I highly recommend it.”
The staff was very helpful. The room is big and good value.

“Staff need more customer service training.”
It says that all rooms have AC but that is not the case. We booked a room with AC and arrived to a fan that was about 100 years old. We asked for a different room and the receptionist told us to wait a couple of minutes to see what she could do. She left us sitting for over an hour. When we went to find her she was playing on her phone. We had no other option but to stay in that room. We later had trouble with our key so asked for help. The same waitress looked at her friend in the lobby and rolled her eyes.
