I will be back, the best trip of my life, Julio was extremely nice guy, showed me and my family around, the place is located in the middle of the jungle ...... one of the best experiences of my life, thank you Julio , muchas gracias.....Me and my family will never forget the experiences at the Guacamayo Azul....my 5 year old tells me he wants to go back, so I will have to go back....

“Unpleasant”
The bed was comfortable and the pool was great and very clean. The garden was also nice, with sounds and sightings of birds and frogs. The living room and kitchen are spacious, with a nice dining table.

“Quiet jungle paradise”
I’ve stayed one week in the wonderful Guacamayo Azul integrating my journeys in the jungle, and seriously, I have no words how amazing this place is! The house is luxurious, huge comfortable main bedroom, fully equipped kitchen where I felt I could cook as if I was back home. The pool is another sort of privilege; calm and safe location, comparing to the rest of Iquitos. Julio, the housekeeper, would help me with absolutely everything I needed - driving me to do buy groceries, help around the house, even accompanying me to explore the local area’s gems so I don’t feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. A special thanks to him! The house is massive and would fit a company up to 8 people, but also it’s an incredible stay for a solo person, who seeks quietness and solitude, like in my case. I truly appreciate my time in Guacamayo Azul, and it only leaves me to wonder why it’s not yet fully booked. I wish you that!
