“Comfortable Stay with great food”
The staff were friendly and the room service and restaurant food was excellent. Requests for extra water and housekeeping supplies came very quickly.

“Hotel far below Hilton brand standards”
Entire Service Chain (room cleaning, restaurant, bar, reception, communicaton with the hotel) is inferior and below expectation for a Hilton brand hotel. It seems as if the hotel does not have a proper quality control (management). It is clear that in the Amazonas there must be made some compromises, but there were so many smaller and bigger no-gos during out trip that I do not even want to start.

“Awful. Unhelpful. Rude. Overpriced.”
It was the worst. There was a loud party all night. It was impossible to sleep. When we faked for a cab on check out they wanted to charge us twice the price of a normal taxi. They were rude, unhelpful. There are better places to stay. They rent the pool out to personal kid parties and it’s truly annoying.
