We stayed here before and after a trip into the Amazon, Chip was a great host, took us for a walk into town and gave us a bit of an overview and also pointed out some good spots to eat/drink etc. Room had a great view out over the Amazon River and air conditioning in the room was excellent and much needed

This hotel is a hidden gem! Located right on the river with wonderful views of river activity and a vibrant market outside. The owners, Chip and Yessica, are friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had hot water. Filtered water and coffee are available for guests, with a spectacular view. Would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

“Helpful and kind owners, amazing view”

If you can, book the room with windows, it has amazing view. The owners were really kind and helpful. We ordered great breakfast, which we can recommend. Drinking water was available. Very close to the city center and right on the street with mercado. Despite of that it was quiete at night. Good AC which it must here.

Love this place. Clean. Good location. Hosts; chip and yessica were super helpful! Gave us lots of recommendations and booked an overnight tour into the amazon through them (which was amazing!). Stored our luggage whilst we were on the trip. Air con kept us cool in the amazon heat. Chip is american which helped us english massively. Would stay here again if i ever come back to iquitos

“Central but quiet place in the heart of Iquitos”

The View of the shared space is amazing over the river! The Hostal is very central and the market is just outside on the street so you have fresh fruit every day :), still the place is very quiet. The touristy area is in close walking distance. The room had air condition and Wifi was very good.

It is in the middle of a market street, still the room was quite and comfortable. The owners were really helpful and friendly, they even woke up for my taxi before sun rises. Clean and safe place, the view from windows were great! also has an air conditioner, a plus. Shower had warm water, also a refrigerator and tv in the room.

Chip is an incredible host. So friendly and helpful. The sort of host who you end up seeing as a proper friend and ally. Could not have been more helpful with advice and assistance. Prob the best place to stay in Iquitos 🙏🏻
