“Gorgeous hotel”
We loved this hotel. Location meant the views were divine. Secure garage parking. Staff exceptionally good. Very quiet at night. Pool was pretty. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t fault it. Iquique was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

I was expecting a lot from Hotel Gavina Costa Mar, but unfortunately it did not fully live up to my hopes. The location is very good, with convenient parking and a nice seaside setting. Bed quality was excellent, and the service — especially at check-in — was smooth and professional, which I appreciated given the substantial paperwork required by Chilean regulations. However, the rooms — especially the bathrooms — are quite dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. Breakfast was below expectations, with limited quality. Sound insulation was also poor, and both street noise and strong winds were very disturbing. Overall, the hotel benefits from its location, comfortable beds, and good service, but falls short in terms of comfort and upkeep.

“This hotel has the best location in Iquique”
The hotel is very well located, has a beautiful sea view, is near to the Baquedano street and the center of Iquique and in walking distance to the Cavancha beach and the mall. Employees were very friendly. The parking is good and shaded. Rooms were spacious and the view outstanding. The pool is nice and has sea view. Breakfast was also good.

The room was wonderful, very comfortable and with a gorgeous view of the sea. Lovely bathroom and very comfortable beds ! The staff were generally excellent and really helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Gavina, very nice hotel with great facilities. The views from the hotel were fantastic, we had a lovely sea view from our room and the breakfast area in particular had stunning views of the ocean waves. The staff were great, especially one lady whose name I didn't properly catch (Vivianne I believe?) who was lovely and very helpful. The location was also great, close to some very nice beaches and also right beside a street that had several nice pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
