“We as family had a good stay.”
I liked that we were able to go back to our room when we could not get on the plane even though we checked out. I love the location as it’s close to stores. It is my all time favourite hotel.

Closed the restaurant on a Saturday evening. Terrible idea for families who have kids , as forbidden from dining in the bar’s restaurant which remained open. Only on site option is to order food and dine in crammed room - not great for a 400$/night hotel.

Staff was neither helpful nor friendly. Even though check-in was at 16:00, our room was not ready on time. There are no couches/chairs in the lobby so there is not even a place to wait. We received voucher for 1 free appetizer in hotel bar, which is open at quite odd hours. Still we were not able to pick it up because their kitchen was closed. We were 3 people in a room for 4, but got only 2 large towels. Generally, the hotel's staff does not treat you like a customer, I rather stayed in any other place, but this was the only available.
