“A plus”
The room was extra nice but also the most expensive available. View of the airport was perfect. Restaurant on site was delicious. Filtered water fountain was used a lot. Appreciated the Keurig in our room. Cleaner did a very minimal job cleaning our room. Spots on the floor were there when we arrived. I cleaned the floor and the windows myself. Great job cleaning the bathroom though. Furniture starting to show wear-saggy cushions. Bed was super comfy. Will stay here again!

Rooms are comfortable, just need more options of beds in the rooms. 1 queen size bed in the room would be nice in some rooms. Location is in a nice area and close to the airport. Excellent service.

The security system is good. More security guards around the hotel ie: bar, entrance etc...would be a bonus. Confidentiality was good. I appreciated the hotel staff not providing room numbers to callers if when asked. There are politicians, people in justice, foster parents travelling etc...and they care often targeted by people who are seeking some form of revenge. Room service is required. That would be a wise decision to offer.
