“The owner is very understanding”
I have made mistake with booking dates. Instead of booking until Saturday, I booked the apartment until Friday and we went to Black Forest which is 3 hours away and Anne called at 11AM that we still have to packed up since new guest will arrive. She tried to help by packing our stuffs but couldn’t get in to one of the bedrooms which is locked and the key is with us. We hurriedly came back but trapped in few traffic jams, arrived in the apartment at 15.35. Everything was packed well, nothing was missing. Anne was still smiling and ask us to check if everything is there. Very sorry Anne, for the mistake and thank you for your understanding 🙏
