I've made a booking and confirmed with OYO and asked to call directly to the hotel...informed by staff they received the order and reserved the accommodation for my family. Unfortunately when we arrived the staff at the counter said that it was occupied then we had to find another hotel at the very late night. Very upset with their communication with customers since they should ask before release the room to others.

Lady who manage hotel is profesional. As for bugdet hotel is well kept. Even away from city centre there is a good indian food place
