Not clean. The pictures looked pretty, but reality much different. You could barely see through the windows.

“Very satisfied with the stay, will definitely stay again if coming to Ipoh in future.”
Like: The location is great, the apartment is very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the home entertainment till late night. Wifi speed is good. Easy instruction for check in. Dislike: Nothing, all are good.

“Poor value for money”
We made a booking based on 4-person and the information we got from the booking description of having 4 beds. However, we learnt after checking in that the operator expected 4 of us to share 2 beds and that they would charge extra to provide linens for the other 2 beds. The pillows and mattresses were dusty and have an unpleasant odour. The sofa beds are dusty and seem to have fungal growth. The bathrooms' walls and windows have water stains. The 32" TV is too small for the distance of the sofa. The apartment's car park is on the 7th floor with a steep and narrow passage. Generally the maintenance of the building facilities is poor, windows seem like they have never been cleaned. The gym is smelly and the swimming pool's water murky. While the location is central, the road on one side of the building was blocked for a market which caused traffic into the building difficult. There are definitely much better places to stay in Ipoh for this price.

Great location, downtown of Ipoh. 18th floor and corner unit, so it has panoramic views of Ipoh with 90 degree views.

We received 2 emails for instructions to check in. Collecting the keys and access cards from the mail box and register at the security guard counter was easy. The house offers a great view of Ipoh and it comes with a water dispenser. One of the rooms offers a bath tub too. There is a night market over the weekend just below the apartment. Wonderful access to many food options, shops and about 20 minutes walk to Concubine Lane.

The water server did not provide cold water. It provided only hot water from the cold tap of the dispenser.
