Super easy. Host provided step by step on. How to collect the keys. There was no hassle at all. Even the guards were friendly and could answer my questions.

Amazing mountain view from the balcony. Close proximity to Sunway Lost World so perfect for if you've got the night tickets. Great onsen pool with a view!

i love everything about this house! this unit facing Lost world of Tambun sandy beach & lucky us we could enjoy the fireworks from the balcony. no need to stay at the waterpark till it's closed.

“Nice and pretty looking unit.”
Overall the place was well organised and convenient. The view ( Lost World of Tambun and the mountains )was great and refreshing. We enjoyed people watching and the air. I also liked that the owners put extra attention for families with babies/toddlers. They had a baby chair and baby bath tub..👏🏼

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for family and friends. It’s definitely a great value! The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy for us to relax after a long day of exploring. The instructions for collecting the key were clear.
