“A dream home in paradise”
The apartment is wonderful! A dream home in a dream island. Great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Every detail in the house was carefully thought and prepared. There were water, coffee, toats, and eggs from the landlady farm. The island is a paradise, and the apartment is cool and pretty. Everything worked smoothly, and the hostess was very helpful, nice, and easy to communicate. I strongly recommend Niki's place, and I hope to come back in the future.

Wonderful traditional stone house in Chora old town. Lovingly renovated and smartly furnished with an XL comfy bed and great sitting area. There is a terrace above the apartment (didn’t use it as it was winter). Good kitchen with excellent equipment. Great contact throughout with Niki including greeting us at the parking to walk to the apartment & lots of precious advice on Kea island. Very quiet apartment. In winter, efficient heating and water heating. Good wi-fi. Parking is 300m away and includes a bakery and mini market. Overall, this is a wonderful town to stay in.

Persephone is a unique and peaceful property in the middle of a very impressive town set on a steep hillside with a comfortable kitchen/sitting room - apart from a low light light that I kept hitting! The hosts were extremely kind and friendly - even after a mix up when we missed a rendezvous with the mother so she could show us the way to the property which is very hard to find down steep alleyways.

“Everything was really amazing!”
Everything was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations as it was very pretty, clean, comfortable, the location was great and really convenient, the little terrace was really inviting and everything was thought about. Moreover the host had filled the fridge with water, Marmelade and fresh eggs from her chickens wich was such a lovely surprise. Niki, the host, made us feel immediately so welcome, explained us everything, provided us with a map and made some lovely suggestions regarding where to eat or which beach to visit. We are really thankful for the whole experience! We are definitely coming back as soon as we can...

“Airy accommodation, bright decor and very clean in good location that is central but not crowded.”
Location is great in center of the chora, Ioulida, which is not on the coast but close by it. It is a hill town. From the property you can walk to great cafes etc but it is also very quiet and the view to the sea is stunning. Too bad I could not stay longer.
