“Absolutely fabulous B&B”

Absolutely amazing B&B. The best one we have stayed in during our 2 week road trip around the South Island. Gorgeous hosts and the guest room beautiful. Incredible attention to detail and lovely home. Even the toiletries were beautiful in the fabulous bathroom. Incredible comfy bed.

Just far enough out of town but not too far, lovely and peaceful for the weary traveller to rest up. Beautiful gardens, couldn’t fault the room and facilities, and the owners couldn’t do enough for us.

Everything ok at Whiteacres, the owners are very nice and everything is perfect at this place. Only one thing: be aware, that the B&B is 2 ks outside the center of Invercargill, but driving around is very easy.

Very nice accomodation in a quiet spot just out of town. Warm and cosy, nice big comfy bed, wonderful accomodating hosts. Breakfast was lovely with homemade bread, butter and jam, good quality cereals, and hot drink selection. Welcome beer and evening hospitality were most appreciated! Many thanks Clare and Sabin.

“An Invercargill gem”

A wonderful stay with very welcoming hosts. Clare offered us tea, cheese & crackers on our arrival and we relaxed in the sun, surrounded by the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was relaxed & informal around the kitchen table, a nice way to eat & chat with Sabin, who gave us good tips for our trip into the Catlins. Overall a very pleasant experience, wonderful facilities, not far from town but still giving the country feel. Loved it 🥰

“A very pleasant overnight stay in rural Invercargill”

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Whiteacres. And what a treat it was. The gardens were so beautiful & it was rather pleasant having a wine in the outdoor area. The bedrooms were so elegantly furnished and had good quality bed linen. The breakfast, served in the kitchen, overlooked the garden & horse paddocks. The breakfast was excellent & appreciated.
