The location is central and convenient for exploring Interlaken, and the room itself was acceptable in terms of cleanliness. However, these positives were completely overshadowed by a major security failure.

I loved my stay! Everything was very clean and well-kept, giving you an immediate feeling of comfort. The staff were impeccable, super professional, attentive and always available to help. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and would stay at again.

Fantastic hotel with large, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and location was perfect for easy walking around Interlaken. It also had a huge bathroom with a bath tub which we appreciated. We wish we had have stayed longer!

“Great location”
The location is perfect. The room is fine, i was warm every night. Breakfast selection was good. Shower always warm. 5th floor had nice view (not balcony side)

All the reception staff were really lovely and friendly. We were able to check in early which was helpful for us, and the room was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good, lots of variety. The room had a bath tub which is always a plus for me!

Great location right in the middle of town. 5 minute walk to Interlaken West and 15 to Ost. Buses right out the front. Coop supermarket across the street, also. Breakfast was decent. Staff were helpful and friendly.
