“Beautiful family run place in stunning Interlaken”

Only a short walk from Interlaken West train station, it is such a cute Swiss chalet with amazing views of the mountains. Family-run and was lovely to meet the kiwi hotel manager who kindly gave us a room upgrade and made sure the room was heated before our arrival. The breakfast was amazing with eggs, fresh fruit and pastry. They also give you a Interlaken public transport pass, so is very easy to get to Interlaken Ost train station if going up to the mountain villages. Would highly recommend!

The staff was so kind. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is just near the bus/train station. There is a supermarket near. The balcony was loveley with a view of paragliders in front of mountains.

It’s in a brilliant location. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and all trains and buses depart from there. What’s more, with the visitor cards provided by the hotel, you can use trains and buses for free to get to many places within Interlaken. These cards also offer discounts on various activities – it was a lovely gift. You can walk to the town centre. Restaurants, shops, parks and supermarkets are all within easy reach. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. There is parking for 5–6 cars in front of the hotel, and there is also a large open car park nearby. When we were there, we had no trouble as the car park in front of the hotel was available. The breakfast is good and plentiful. It’s lovely that they serve scrambled or boiled eggs. We were very satisfied. Thank you.
