“Ok but not great”

The bakery next to the hotel is very good, free wifi, location not so far from train station

Friendly staff. Great value with reasonable priced drinks at the bar. Nice gardens and easy, free parking. Good location for walking or bus into Interlaken. Room well serviced and very clean with good WiFi. Fabulous views.

Room was was OK, bed was clean and comfortable. Bews are amazing. Parking is free

I like the atmosphere of the resort. It is a shame it is not used for more upmarket stays.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view from the balcony was amazing 10/10.

Good scenery

Staff is courteous. Has a direct bus to central place and the Interlaken OST station. Rooms are spacious, but the cupboards are not well maintained.

Good location. The best was the person behind the welcome counter and he was very helpful.

I loved the building and the location

First I liked the location was very close to the centre the room was big enough the furniture are bit old but it's ok at least it's worm inside the shower was spectacular all in all perfect

Check in was fast, and the room was large. Comfortable bed and amazing view. Also, has a nice bar area and the drinks were reasonably priced. Loved spending some time with the hotel dog

Nice staty hotel

Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in a few hours early. Value for money was good compared to a lot of hotels in the area. The room was big enough with a small balcony. The hotel has lots of facilities - big bar and communal area, pool table etc. The dog was super cute too! Only a 20min walk or a quick bus ride away from each station, with a bus stop right outside the neighbouring hotel.

The surrounding and view were fantastic. There is a bakery ship supermarket nearby was very convenient. The surrounding was very calm as it is in a village.

“In need of renovation”

Good location with a bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Parking on site. Big room with an incredible view. Hotel bar was quite buzzy but we didn't use it to know prices or quality. Appeared to be busy with climbers, bikers etc

“Very good”

The building has a good atmosphere, old, tarnished. The room was basic, but the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could use the kitchen, the view to the garden is amazing from there.
