Staff was very helpful, specially Mr Mohommad who upgraded us for extra 10 euro. We stayed in hotel Toscana which is 3min away from the hostel. Hostel is 3min away from Grindelwald west. Basic kitchen was there Can't comment on rooms as we didn't stay there Good location. Hotel Toscana room was very spacious and comfortable with an electric kettle and all the basic amenities and a ensuite bathroom. Local shops and restauranta very close. Hotel Toscana is 5min walk to Grindelwald station.

Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in, Luggage storage available. Room itself was a decent size.Location is a short walk to Interlaken West and short bus to Interlaken Ost

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. First of all, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to get any rest. Second, the electrical outlets were not suitable for chargers — I couldn’t even plug in my phone charger properly. The bathroom was in very poor condition — it was dirty, including the toilet. Even worse, I had to go from the first floor to the third floor just to take a shower, because the only available bathroom with a shower was up there, and it was shared with around 8 people! There was always a bad smell coming from it, and there was no privacy at all. There was even a glass panel in the bathroom that made it possible to be seen from outside, which was very uncomfortable. Everything in the hotel felt old and worn-out, from the furniture to the facilities. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, and I hope the management seriously considers improving the conditions. My husband and I paid 7.5 Swiss francs extra per day.

The location is good, there is a private parking area and It has a nice backyard.

The price was too much for the facility provided. Bathroom/toilet was very dirty and wet.

The room provided was remarkably comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the gracious hospitality of the property owner. Additionally, the property's close proximity to both the metro station and city center made transportation exceptionally convenient and efficient. An ideal location to stay and enjoy the hill view.
