Very close to Interlaken west station and close walk to harder Klum and town with restaurants, fountain etc. Room was clean and facilities were good. There’s also a Coop supermarket down the street.

Spacious room, comfy bed, free parking, communal kitchen, easy check in. For me, the bad reviews are highly unfair - ok, perhaps the decor is not according to the latest fashion, and the (beautiful wooden) floor squeaks here and there.- bur you get a lot for the price and is a certainly very good option in this area.

The room was clean and spacious, good location, with miuntain views, the kitchenette had a fridge and crockery so I could keep milk and make breakfast and packed lunch. Much better standard than other places ive satyed in in switzerland for a similar price. Would stay again.

The location was only the good part

We were able to check in way prior our check in time, so we can explore the Interlaken. The staff was very kind. The rooms were very warm and they have the kitchen with nice terrace.

the location is very good. The property is right next to a bus stop with frequent services, and a Coop supermarket is only a short walk away, which is very convenient.

Not sure why but there was a stench of smell in the room and bathroom. I recommend a nice diffuser or room refresher provided at least for a good smell.

Decent location and a nice view from the window. Only there for one night, and in fairness, it was a budget stay.

There were mice that lived in the walls. We saw them every day and could hear them when we tried to sleep. We bought chocolate from Lindt on the first day we arrived and were woken up in the middle of the night by mice eating it. The room also had a very peculiar stench…probably because there are mice everywhere. The ‘reception services’ are non existent and were not able to check in at 3pm. If you had any issues at all there was no one to contact, even via message. Also, the heating did not turn on and the lighting was very dim, felt like we were camping.

Just the location

The location was right in front of the bus stop. The view from the room was also very nice. The common kitchen was very helpful for us to warm our foods specially at night.
