The staff were absolutely lovely and made the whole stay brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was also really good, excellent food/menu and good service. Rooms were very nice and value for money. Distance to downtown wasn’t too far. I’ll definitely be back again.

Loved that you could open the windows to allow fresh air. The screen on the window was great as was the outside roller shutter. Bathroom very small but adequate. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and options.

Very satisfied, the experience of the local log cabin style and the excellent receptionist.

Staff and cleanliness, location everything

“An excellent Hotel with great and helpful staff.”

Althought a little on the small side, our room had all the facilities one would expect. It was kept immaculately clean and the view from our pacticular room had a spectacular view of the mountains. The staff, and especially Nicole, were excellent and ever so friendly. We opted for the breakfast option on booking and this proved an excellent decision as all the various choices were catered for. (NOTE: booking.com omitted breakfast on rebooking, but thanks to Nicole, this was re-instated).

Splendid experience, especially for the price! This hotel is very well located and the rustic decoration/aesthetic makes it super cozy while staying comfortable. The staff was great. The restaurant also has really nice food.

The restaurant. A special thanks to Ricardo Soares and his staff, so kind and so thoughtful. Food was great, and the hotel has a really good vibe. Definitely recommend this one if you are staying in Interlaken, it’s not far from the centre and Interlaken Ost station. Loved everything about it, very clean and cosy, and very traditional too.

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The accomodations exceeded our expectations: big room, supercomfortable bed, amazing pressure of water in the shower and warm temperature,... The breakfast was varied, in quantity and very good. We also had supper in their restaurant and we were extremely satisfied.
