“Good place”
Location: Few yard to the Lucern Ost Railway station, Ferry at the door step. If you cross the underground passage reach the city entrance with all amenities. Its an old building but maintained well. Pedal fan was provided, Iron box with stand was given upon request for free.

The rooms were very cozy, the location was convenient and near to the railway station. We also had a view of the mountains. Most of all, the staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is very cozy and authentic. The location is extremely convenient if you're based in interlaken but plan on visiting different towns or villages nearby like Grinderwald, Lauterbrunnen, thun, brienz, etc since its right but the train station. I thought when booking that it must be noisy but its really not. On top of that that, all the staff were very hospitable and helpful. They were all british which makes the interaction much easier since it's in English. I also found that the rates were much lower than nearby hotels.

“Beautifully quaint hotel in great location”
Great location very close to the train station and easy to walk into the centre of Interlaken. Room was large, full of character and clean. Good breakfasts

“Nice stay, would book again!”
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay for my birthday a wonderful experience. Hotel was in the perfect location for ease of access to the train station and the town itself. Amenities were clean and room was spacious.

“Very nice”
It’s a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location is good as well and very close to the central station.
