The hotel provided a complimentary city pass, making it easy to take the bus between Interlaken West and Ost. The bathroom water pressure was excellent, which was absolutely perfect for taking a refreshing, cool shower after a hot day of exploring.

Right across from the train station, busses & close to all of the local shops & eateries. Room was larger than expected in Interlaken. We were welcomed & given really useful information upon arrival. Rooms are very clean & well appointed.

The hotel is super close to the train station — only about a 3-minute walk, which made everything so convenient! Upon arrival, they gave us a guest card that allowed free bus rides around town, making it really easy to get around. Everything is also within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. There’s also a free coffee machine near the reception, which was a nice bonus!

Very near from Interlaken west station and the coop supermarket. Also near so many other shops cafes and restaurants and unterseen! The lady at the reception also gave us free early check-in, which was so nice and gracious!

Hotel was good value for what I paid. If they wanted to charge more they could consider renovating the property as it’s a bit old, but overall clean and met all my needs. The location was great, across the road from Interlaken West trains and buses, and tons of food around. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were kind.
