The hotel is in a great location, which is one of its few positives. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The staff rarely smiled. Rather than helping resolve issues, they tended to provide short, dismissive responses and left customers to figure out solutions on their own. For a hotel in such a good location, the service and facilities do not meet expectations. Significant improvements in customer care, staff attitude, and guest support are needed to create a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Overall it was a pleasant stay and if we go interlaken again we will definitely stay at this property again.”
The location of the property is one of the best at interlaken with beautiful views from our apartment. Staffs were very good and helping. The property is at walking distance from interlaken ost station. Kitchen was very well equipped and organised like dish washer, cooktop, coffee maker, all the crockery, cutlery and cookware were there.
