10/10 i have nothing to complain about our stay at CityChalet because it was so amazing!!!!! The best stay we had throughout the trip and the view from the unit is cheff kisssss. Only 5-7mins walk to Interlaken west station and reachable by bus to go to so many attraction places. If you stay here, please have a morning walk around the property, across the bridge bcs the view there is just so amazing. Matt also was very kind to us and he is such a good host! There are so many shops, restaurants as well around the area so its super convenient.

Great central location, so close to shops, restaurants and station. Host was welcoming and had great communication. Would recommend, we were a group of 10 and had plenty of space!

I love how close this chalet to train city, its kinda in middle in interlaken city so near to groceries/restaurant/shops. Its big clean and spacious for us 10 pax

Great location. Lovely and warm inside. Good sized dining table for meals and games. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms and the ability to wash clothes! A good selection of beds and rooms.

The Chalet is conveniently located near Interlaken West bus and train station.The Chalet was clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils to prepare food.

The chalet was perfectly positioned for our groups stay which was for us to participate in the UTMB Eiger Run! It met all our needs for accommodation and locality to local transport to Grindelwald.

What did I like? - EVERYTHING. There was nothing I could leave a bad feedback on. Every thing was absolutely exceptional starting from how the host had planned for our arrival, with name cards directing us to the cottage and welcome not on the main door. The property was big, clean, and comfortable. Nice kitchen, and bathrooms. Its very difficult to find 2 bathroom properties in Interlaken, this is one of them. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Interlaken West station, we walked with our suitcases and very elderly parents to the property. A grocery store is right next to the front gate of the property, Coop supermarket is just a few minutes walk, and a beautiful water stream runs right next to the property. The host Matt is excellent in his communication, and will make sure that you do not face any issues during your stay. Restaurants are right next door as well.
