Loved this hotel stay! We got an upgrade and the room had a gorgeous view with a little balcony, very clean and yummy breakfast. Super location too, v close to train station.

Classic old hotel with modern swiss feel

The location was excellent; Interlaken is a good location for access to the Swiss Alp's, the staff were very helpfully, whilst the room was nice it just wasn't worth the money charged,... the balcony shutters controlling access to the balcony, air flow and noisy constantly wouldn't go up or down, only sometimes, the staff warned us that this can happen,.. so, change the switches! Also, our Coffee machine didn't work, overall, a nice Hotel requiring maintenance and very expensive

“Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location”

We chose this hotel as it was only a 5 min walk from the Interlaken Ost station and was near a large supermarket. It is also directly opposite the Harder Kulm funicular railwat station as well as within easy walking distance to the main city area. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a room upgrade by the friendly reception staff and the top floor room was HUGE, with its own sitting and TV area with a skylight to brighten the room. There are a lot of superlatives about the room but in a nutshell, it was bright and airy, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also big with a strong shower. Breakfast was included in our package and the spread was varied and substantial. The dining room staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Seth and Pedro. We also had dinner in the hotel and the prices were very reasonable and the food helping tasty and substantial. It is definitely a hotel we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Really short walk from the Interlaken Ost station and easy, pleasant walk to the lake and restaurants. Room was very spacious and clean, good breakfast selection and lovely, friendly staff.

We loved the vintage style of hotel. It was clean and comfortable, location was great. The staff were exceptional.

Staff were extremely very helpful as we lost our bags and they did everything possible to have them delivered to the Hotel. Unfortunately they didn't arrive but to no fault to the hotel. Swiss Airlines courier took 3 days and we had already checked out. Breakfast was excellent. Total stay was really comfortable.

got there and our room was already taken, ao they gave us a full apartment suite to make up for it, which it did! Great nice staff and a Wonderful breakfast. very nice setting and view, really enjoyed the bed whichh was very comfortable (I want that mattress!)
