The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed. Its unique location offers a river view on one side and a mountain backdrop on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and everything you might need for cooking. Since major supermarkets like Coop and Migros are nearby, it's very convenient to prepare your own meals. We stayed in Pure Studio 330 with our two children, who loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Pro tip: Don't miss the stunning outdoor seating area at the front! We initially entered from the rear parking lot and didn't notice it until the next day. There is also a smart vending machine in the building where you can purchase essentials. Please note that there is no physical reception; check-in is handled entirely online through an app. Make sure to complete your check-in before arrival. The management and the team were incredibly kind and helpful. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cleanliness and location The check in was a breeze. The place was neat and tidy. The views were exceptional. It was also a walkable distance to the Interlaken OST and West stations. I would stay here again on my next trip to the beautiful country Switzerland.

“Hop apartments is a hidden gem! It was the perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again.”
We LOVED our stay here! Staff: The communication was amazing throughout the whole stay and before hand! I had actually asked if there were any companies who hire out Christmas trees to put in the room and they didn’t know of any. A week before our stay they had come back to me and said they’d be thinking of my request and would try to get trees put in each apartment. The day before my arrival they had told me that they were able to get a tree fully decorated and have put it in the room for us. This honestly made our stay! Every 3 days you get a feel change, my daughter accumulated a lot of stuffed toys during our trip, one day we came back to our room and the staff had created a little scene with her teddies on her bed. She was so excited to see this. Rooms: We stayed in 130 studio. It was a great size and everything had been thought of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The main bedroom was huge with space to unpack your clothes and store your luggage. I liked that you could stream your phone to the tv, we were able to watch Christmas movie on Xmas eve. There was also access to two balcony’s. There is also access to a communal laundry, games room, workspace/chill out area, coffee area and smart fridges to purchase things you might need during your stay. Location: The location was picturesque and right on the lake. It is within walking distance to the Main Street (maybe 5 mins) and to the Interlaken west station (7mins). On the same side of the river there’s a cafe that opens early and has great food and coffee (about 2 mins walk)
