Overview
Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal. Guests can choose between shared and private facilities. The Alplodge is 450 metres away from Interlaken West train station. Guests can enjoy walks along the Aare River or outdoor activities like canoeing, river rafting and much more.

To come back on my last review. The hostel contacted with a refund for all the trouble. They already had pest controll there. The way they handeld this situation is very professional any outstanding. So deff 10 points to the hostel !

“Excellent accomodation, great location, very clean shared bathrooms”
The double room was very basic but exactly what we needed. We loved that we had a little sink and it was spacious enough for the two of us. The location of Alplodge was perfect and the view from the rooftop communal area is absolutely stunning. Very close to Coop (Supermarket). The shared bathrooms were very clean and we loved how our towels were changed every day when we got home. There are washing machines and dryers as well which was great.

“Overall since it's still quite cold, we enjoyed our stay.”
The location was fantastic. The staff were amazing and very hospitable. The bed were comfy but i'm not sure during summer since room was kinda hot so we have to open the window.

It was close to train station. But there being two Train stations in Interlaken at 5 min distance. So I believe most of the hostels are close. It was clean. There was a great outside view from the window.

“Worth everything”
Even tough our time got over and we checked out but they let us used there kitchen area and kept our luggage for extra time. Rooms, bathrooms, dining area, all were awesome. Staff was so helpful and cooperative.
