“Beautiful stay”
House of Mattis is nestled in a picturesque hillside village and, in my experience, is best reached by car. The property spans three floors and features a stunning balcony overlooking the village and the lake. The setting is truly mesmerizing, and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a large raspberry farm nearby where you can buy fresh berries at a very reasonable price. We absolutely loved our time here, and I highly recommend it for anyone planning to visit Loen, Geiranger, or the surrounding areas.

Everything is special and the owner's treatment is very special and cooperative. The place is quiet, beautiful and close to everything. The house is very clean and complete with everything you need in terms of equipment.

“The most beautiful stay in the Norwegian nature and the most beautiful view of the house in the region”
I liked everything about the house. It is one of the most beautiful houses I have lived in in Norway. I am a family of 8 people. I thank the kind owner of the house for her beautiful welcome, her treatment of us, and her hospitality. Thank you to her.

A very large and well equiped house with a beautiful view of the fjord. We stayed for the weekend and really had everything we need. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house is located in Innvik, a small village on the fjord about 20 min from Olden and Loen. It has a more authentic and less tourist-oriented atmosphere.

“the whole stay was great”
The house was perfect. Plenty of place, a perfect kitchen with all equipment you need, a great balcony with a phantastic view. Our host Jorunn was super supportive. When we left, i forgot my pocket with all the necessary documents in the appartment. Jorunn organized the transport to our next appartment although she was on travel for herselves... Next time we will be in Norway we will choose the house of Mattis again.
