Breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh, delicious options including hot and cold dishes. The glass wall elevator at the front looks cool. Excellent Wi-Fi, with numerous shops and restaurants within a few steps. Highly recommended, A+++.

“Not as advertised at all”

This was one of the most shocking stays at a hotel! 1.First, when I got there I was told I had booked for one person and not two and that a surcharge would be added. When I said this must be a mistake and I need to check, all I got was "yeah ok well you'll be charged, just so you know". That is horrific customer service for one and no attempt was made to clear it up or even do a fake apology. I will still dispute this charge because I don't understand why you charge me for a second person on a two people room. I booked the big room and paid for it regardless, what are we charging extra for exactly? 2.The wifi is HORRIFIC! If you travel for work, there is no way you'd be able to get anything done. I have screenshots of the wifi dropping, then saying my password is wrong, then saying the wifi isn't available, then connecting and not working. I have never experienced anything like it in a hotel that claims to be a "Design hotel" in the middle of the city where you assume they target business travellers. 3.The noise was incessant! We were given no "do not disturb" signs and at 8:12am on a SUNDAY we had to tell housekeeping to get out of the room when they just randomly entered????? Why is housekeeping doing anything that early on a weekend? Not to mention being shaken awake at 1am one night by some drunk women screaming in the hallway. When we went out to ask why they're screaming at 1am they screamed that this is a hotel and they're partying. I guess this is the type of guest you expect there? This has absolutely never happened to me before and I've stayed in hotels with drunk brits 4.The fact that they claim to have parking is ridiculous. They just happen to be next to a public parking that you get charged full price for. That's not parking they can claim as a facility because that's just the same as saying you can park on the street nearby and deal with it.
