Open since end of 2017 and very centrally situated in Innsbruck, 300 metres from the Golden Roof, STAGE 12 Hotel by Penz is an elegant city hotel and boasts a spa and fitness centre. The hotel has a terrace and views of the mountain, and guests can enjoy a cocktail at the modern hotel bar. Free WiFi is available. Location was very good with easy access to metro and shops. Clean and comfy room. Breakfast was good. When I requested an electric kettle they provided it immediately and the hotel had self service laundryroom which was fantastic!

“A wonderful stay at the hotel”
I liked everything, the bed was comfortable, the room spacious with a spectacular view. The day before I ran the half marathon in Salzburg and wanted to rest and I did it. In the morning the breakfast was delicious, the attention was excellent.

The Hotel was about a ten-minute walk from the train station, easy to find and directly off the main pedestrian street close to all the stores, restaurants, parks and funiculaire for the "top of Innsbruck" train. The room and bed were great, and we had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Breakfast was truely excellent, lots of fresh fruit and dairy. Rooms were well appointed. Gym was nice and Spa area while 18+ also seemed great.

I went there for skiing. They had storage room in the basement. They checked me in early and so I get on the piste in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. In the city centre but in a cul de sac so very quiet. Nice spa and amazing view from the gym.

“Get a mountain view room and you won't be disappointed.”
Can't beat the location, right in the centre of the city, easily walkable to the train station and loads of the main attractions, restaurants etc. We opted for a mountain-view room and were not dissapointed. Could have spent the trip just sitting looking out over the mountains. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good - huge selection of options to chose from and gluten free stuff for my wife.
