The rooms are beautiful and the views are spectacular. The front desk team are just so lovely, it’s hard to fault this hotel at all.

Parking was available and it was near bus stop and also the train station . Bathroom was very clean and nice Staff were friendly especially the girls on reception

Unfortunately, the sound insulation is poor, and the hallway noise carries into the room.

The location is excellent: half hour by bus No 504 from the train main station. The area around the hotel is industrial, but we had a beautiful view for the mountains. We were given a visit card for all three of us that enabled us to travel with public transport free. The restaurant is very beautiful with a view through the windows, so you can enjoy the breakfast or dinner. As for the breakfast, it was very good, but: you have to get early as if you come late, then there is not much! The girls at the reception were lovely. The lady at the dinner lounge was great: she not only prepaired coffee but she used to clean the tables, the glasses and put all in the washing machine: i think she is doing the job that needs 2 or 3 people!

* Quaint and cute Austrian Gasthof-style roadside hotel with proper Austrian Gastfreiheit. * Huge compliments to the HK department/ F&B staff for maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and efficiency. * HR++ glass windows that you can open wide. * Airport bus F literally stops in front of the hotel. * Great cycling trips to Castle Tratzberg (Habsburg Empire) or Jenbach (15 min. by train) Achensee lake. * We rented bikes in Innsbruck and we got fantastic Specialized e-bikes with large batteries. You can take your bike with you on the train at no additional costs.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — as long as you pick the right room. Business rooms here are a bit like a surprise gift: some are wonderfully spacious and well-appointed, others… let’s just say they’re “cozy” enough. It would be nice if the pricing reflected these differences, so guests could choose between “stretch out and relax” or “small but mighty” at the right rate.

It’s an older hotel, the reception staff were fantastic. Its location is an easy 10 minute train ride from the centre of Innsbruck. Breakfast was great!

The Staff was really nice "other than one young lady in the late shift on the Bar where she was annoyed because i wanted to have a beer 30 min before they close and i was allowed only to have one beer!!!!" and they tried hard but the hotel it self does not help and needs a lot of work, the rooms need to be renovated asap it seems like they are stuck in the 1950, very old and the has no personalty! the safe was there but no key to lock it! coffee was good and the juicer machine was a really nice add on to the buffet but the food choice was very poor. would I recommend yes if you are on budget :)
