we booked at the very last minute, and after 20 minutes we were already able to access the flat. They were very helpful in setting up the flat right away (it was prepared only for 2 guests, but we were 4). The location is super, at the heart of Innsbruck city center

The location is superb. Couldn’t be better. The view is amazing! Golden roof and mountains!! In the middle of the historical part of the city. A lot is shops and cafes around. The keybox makes checking in and out easy.
