The apartment is very beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, and the location is amazing with gorgeous views and near everything. Rudi had an admirable attention with us the whole time he made us feel beautifully welcomed since the moment we got there and we always felt extremely comfortable with him. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house, offering a clean, warm and cozy environment with underfloor heating and breathtaking views from all windows and the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including a microwave and a thermos, which is particularly useful for long winter walks. Innsbruck center is conveniently accessible via bus routes 501/502 from Rum Dorfplatz to Innsbruck city center, as well as various trains, buses, and trams passing through Rum b.Innsbruck Bahnhof. The host, a partner in the Innsbruck welcome card program, provides this card to guests, offering significant savings on public transport fares and discounts at attractions such as Top of Innsbruck and Lumagica. The host is exceptionally polite and hospitable, greeting guests with homemade bread and other treats. After a long winter day outside, guests can enjoy the excellent sauna (a small spa) in the basement of the house to warm up and relax. This accommodation significantly contributed to my delightful and cozy winter holiday.

Extraordinary property - recently renovated to the highest standards, lots of space and well equipped kitchen. Rudi was super helpful and made our stay fantastic. Location is great if you want to be away from the busy downtown area, but still close to the city which can be easily reached by bus, train, or bicyle. Very quiet and peaceful area, very close to hiking trails in the mountains. We'll definitely come back!

Well organised, Clean, good working, almost brand new facilities including Sauna at the basement. Very kind owner. Excellent location. Super market is located in very closed distance, Very spacious flat. I really enjoyed to stay at here.

“Great host and lovely apartment!”

We met the very friendly host as soon as we arrived. He gave us the keys immediately and explained all the facilities to us. The flat was very clean and has an amazing view on the mountains. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and the fact that there was a welcome drink in the fridge and a coffee machine already filled with beans! There is a storage room for skis/bikes (including a warmer for ski boots), a sauna, a washing machine and a dryer. You can park right in front of the flat which is handy. You also receive a QR code giving you a number of benefits in the region, including free public transport. There is a bus stop located about 5 min by foot from the flat and you will reach the city center by bus in 15 minutes. All in all: Very friendly host, clean, modern flat with a great view, easy check-in and check-out. We have nothing negative to report and will surely be back! 10/10 :)

Very comfortable apartment, very clean, it has everything you need. Amazing view from the balcony. Tyrol is beautiful. Without a car it is difficult to go on a trip to the surrounding mountains

Owner was very helpful and friendly! The apartment was very modern, facilities were great (sauna and washing room), view spectacular and bus or tram into city frequent and easy to find!

Wonderful and spacious apartment beautifully decorated in a very quiet location. The property is only a few minutes drive to a large supermarket. The historic centre of Innsbruck is only 12 minutes by car or bus. The host Rudi is a delightful man and is extremely helpful.
