Catering staff really helpful and proactive. Infrastructure well preserved and good hygine. Breakfast also is delicious.

“Very good location and amazing views”
We stayed in Hotel Seppl Innsbruck on 10th and 11th November. Check-in was smooth. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM, which is quite early then their check-in time but they asked us to wait twenty minutes and our room is ready within twenty minutes. The view from our room (3rd floor) was the best part of our stay in this hotel. Rooms were cleaned on time daily but sheets changed after three days. There was no kettle in the room but they provided one on request. Buffet breakfast was nice and the breakfast room has amazing views as well as enough space for the guests during our stay. The hotel is actually quite far from Innsbruck but the tram station is two minutes walk from the hotel and there is a tram for all the main places of Innsbruck every half hour. It takes roughly half hour to reach Innsbruck this way.
