Cosy sitting areas, outdoor courtyard and friendly staff. The welcome card for 3 or more nights provided meaningful discounts and free trams.

Smooth and seamless check in process, clean and comfortable room, located in ideal location and very close to innsbruck station. Front desk was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us call external local number party for our enquiry as we're not local and cannot speak German.

Location is amazing, very close to central station and also near to city center. Rooms are clean, comfy and staff is very friendly. Great value for money!

It is a family run hotel that is 100 years old. Staff were very helpful. The room had everything that was needed. Central location for the old town and the station.the shower was fantastic.

“Hotel right in the center of Innsbruck.”

First of the location was perfect. Just one street across the main railway station and you will get to the hotel In 10 mins or less. We were a family of 4 with lots of luggage and we easily managed all our luggage and walked to the hotel. The hotel is close to restaurants, supermarkets, train/bus station etc. The hotel itself is very clean. If I’m not wrong the hotel was built in 1896 and obviously it must have been refurbished over the years. Considering that, the hotel is very neat, clean, cozy and very well maintained. Breakfast options are not bad actually. Wifi signal is also ok in the room although we had bit of browsing issue while using Netflix. Staff is super helpful, very professional and kind. I would also like to thank Anna D and Tetiana D- both the receptionist for their guidance and assistance. Also, while I don’t know the name of the employees I would like to thank the Gentleman and another lady in the kitchen area for warming my food. The room size is also decent as I had 4 single beds in 2 rooms.

“Great Hotel”

Excellent location. Two minutes from the rail and bus station, 5 minutes from the centre of town. Hotel really clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again no problem. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
