“The perfect place to see Innsbruck.”
From the moment you arrive, the location is breathtaking - nestled in the alps and part of the famous row of buildings associated with Innsbruck - the staff were very helpful, the rooms surprisingly modern, the beds comfortable with close access to the old town and all public transport.

The staff were very welcoming and only to happy to assist. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choice. Felt like home away from home. The bar was an added bonus with Lucas providing wonderful service and was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location just across the river from the Old Town and an easy walk to the main train station. Beautiful old building with delicious breakfasts and very helpful staff. Was able to check in early with a room upgrade - much appreciated.

Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were great. Good location across the bridge from the old town. Family room (for 4) was comfortable and we were always happy to go back to the room at the end of the day.
