The friendliness of the welcome at reception and the information given regarding the tram into Innsbruk. We had a room in the annex which was lovely and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stop there again . Great car parking.

- very clean room and daily cleaning was spot on and very kind toward family with kids - accommodating and friendly staff - diverse breakfast with cold and hot food, like eggs, bacon and beans and the classic cereals, milk, yogurt, ham, cheese and some desserts - the welcome card is very useful to have before arrival, make sure you request it by msg the staff before! - very handy location it you want to go to a variety of slopes. - good tram/bus connection if you are using public transport -nice and safe neighbourhood to walk to trams and shops nearby - very good restaurants within 5-10min walking distance

“Great stay in a very nice hotel. Will be back for sure!!”
One of the best stays I have had in recent years. The hotel is located near the highway exit. The views from the hotel are stunning. The views from the dining room are also heart-warming. We had a four-person room. I traveled with my husband, two children, and a small dog. The hotel staff surprised us by giving the dog a special bed in the room. The beds in the room were very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a large shower. The dining room was very well organized and the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was tasty. Parking was for free, we also received information from the hotel staff about the app we could use to order a meal, and we actually ordered sushi which was delicious and arrived within 35 minutes. I regret that we were there only for one night but I promised myself that I would come back.

Great experience! I was surprised by the size of the room - you could have a dance lesson in it :-) Also, having an option to have a bath or only a shower is not very common. A very comfortable bed, breakfast with great variety to chose from, eassily accessible accomodation by a tram and quiet - I heartily recommoned this hotel.

“Excellent hotel and location for us”
We love the location being slightly out of town but at the end of tram line3 which gets you to the railway station in 10 minutes and another 5 minutes to the town centre. We even had a welcome card with free travel on the trams and buses. Room very spacious and breakfast superb. Only a 10 minute walk to a shopping Mall too. Great bathroom and shower.

Super helpful and lovely staff. Close to Schloss Ambras and the gardens. Easy to jump on a tram into the centre of town. Beautiful church next door.

Decent single room with all needed facilities. Clean. Staff were helpful and plenty of parking. Also breakfast offers most choices compared to other restaurants in the region.
