“A perfect 24 hour stay in the centre of Innsbruck!”
A fantastic one night stay at the Innsbruck hotel. The facilities were excellent, especially Pino the dog who greeted us at reception on arrival. Staff were extremely accommodating and no ask was too much. The location was perfect for the tourist hotspots.

“Best spa hotel in Innsbruck”
I think it is the best hotel in Innsbruck. Expensive, but it is worth it. Good service, clean, with a nice bathtub and sauna. And very good breakfast with lots of vegan options and excellent service. Also, it feels great to know you can come any time to drop off/ pick up your heavy luggage at their storage free of charge.

I’d like to start by thanking Martin, who checked us in - he was wonderful, very welcoming and incredibly helpful. All the staff were attentive and friendly as well, so a big THANK YOU to the whole team! We absolutely loved everything about this hotel - from the fabulous breakfast to the magical ‘Milky Way’ that appears above your bed when you turn off the lights at night!!! The room was warm, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and both the swimming pool and the Panorama Spa were fantastic!!! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

“Really lovely hotel.”
The hotel was incredibly well located we could wander all around the old town very easily. The hotel was clean the reception team were very helpful and spoke English very well meaning we had not communication problems. The room was bit on the smaller side but had everything we needed including a swing which was amazing. I loved the artwork behind the bed made you feel like you were in Innsbruck rather than feeling you could be anywhere and the breakfast was good. My mum loved the pool. Also fantastic view from our window.
