We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel due to the cost, which felt quite expensive. The view from our room was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ate in the main restaurant a couple of nights and the food was delicious, the service was good and both evenings were really enjoyable.

Beautiful location, we could easily walk up to the castle ruins of Thaur from the location. Very worth the walk! Loved the alpakas that could be seen from the hotel balcony.

After I booked two rooms at this hotel and paid the full amount (which was reasonable on Booking.com), the hotel management sent us a message asking for an additional payment, otherwise we would not be allowed to check in! I have stayed in many hotels in Austria and have never experienced anything like this before. I was forced to pay the extra amount just to ensure a smooth check-in and avoid problems during our stay. When we arrived at the hotel The room was simple and small and there are no coffee or tea making facilities, no kettle, and no complimentary drinking water in the rooms—instead, water comes with an extra charge. There is also no air conditioning, and at night it was too hot to sleep. The pillows are very thin. I expected to get better service since I paid more than the Booking.com price. Overall, Innsbruck is beautiful, surrounded by green mountains, and there are plenty of hotels with the same view at a lower price and with much better service.

Great location to be 15. I s by bus outside Innsbruck. Public transport free with Welcome Card processed by hotel. Great restaurant & bar with friendly & helpful staff. Pretty grounds with a pool which was chilly in August. Great views to the mountains. Very clean & well organised.

Great location just outside of Innsbruck (15 mins by car and good public transport connection). The hotel has a restaurant and a swimming pool, great plus when u travel with kids.
