Comfortable, good parking. Plenty of choice for breakfast

“Spacious, Comfortable, and Great Value – Highly Recommende”

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, featuring a large desk, a sofa, and a coffee table. There was also plenty of storage space thanks to the numerous and generously sized wardrobes. The hotel's interior design was beautiful, with unique and attractive carpets that added a special touch to the atmosphere. The lobby was large and welcoming, and the hotel bar offered a cozy and friendly ambiance. One of the most impressive aspects was the excellent sound insulation. Although our room was facing a busy street, we could not hear any traffic noise, buses, or cars, which made our stay very peaceful. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast area itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel also offers excellent value for money, with a large parking area, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, especially Rose at the reception desk. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return if we stay in the area again. A special mention deserves to be made regarding the honesty and professionalism of the staff: we accidentally left a gold bracelet in our room. After we had checked out, the housekeeping team found it and arranged for it to be returned to us. This level of integrity and professionalism left a very positive impression on us.

My room overlooked the Church opposite and a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was really good. Room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. A lovely pool to enjoy and Sauna.

“Good location!”

Good value stay with great service, but limited wellness facilities I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant experience with a good price–quality ratio. A special mention goes to Eva at the reception, who was extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay — she really made a difference and contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day right. We also appreciated the dinners served each evening, as well as the New Year’s Eve dinner, which was a nice and enjoyable experience. On the downside, the pool and wellness facilities are quite small, especially when the hotel is fully booked, which can make it difficult to fully relax and enjoy them. Also, the hotel parking is quite limited — we had to leave the car in a public parking area about a 10-minute walk away, although it was guarded, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a solid option with friendly staff, good food, and fair value for money, but with some limitations in the wellness area.

“Peaceful, clean hotel with a lovely spa”

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It’s very peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day out on the slopes. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choice, and the optional dinner was also very good. I especially appreciated the salad buffet, self-service soup and the availability of vegetarian options. The spa area is another highlight: clean, well-kept, and equipped with a sauna, steam room, and a comfortable relaxation space. I would definitely come back.

Stayed on half board basis en route from UK to Greece. Have stayed quite a few times in Igls at another hotel very nearby Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Evening meal was of good quality for a buffet with good choices of salad, soup, main course and dessert Quiet sizeable room with mountain view and comfy bed Very good breakfast with lots of choice Great location

We love this place and we visit regularly. The food and staff is amazing. The view is fabulous from every room.

“Lovely stay at the Bon Alpina”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, in a lovely setting with excellent transport links into Innsbruck. The staff were wonderful especially Jeffery the barman and Michaela our waitress. They were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is really nice and is located next to a byst stop. In addition the hotel provides you a welcome card which gives you the chance to get the bus for free as many times as you want and gives some discounts on some activities. Also, I have enjoyed a lot the sauna and their vreakfast was delicious. It could definitely be a four star hotel if they provide also sleepers and rope for free and if they would have soundproofing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the restaurant manager (Eddie?). Buses every 10 minutes in each direction (Skiing or Innsbruck) just outside the door, and a great tram service to the city a short walk away.

Great location in a lovely village. Nursery slope about 5 minutes walk, main ski resort a 10 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk through the woods. We had a lovely, clean room with separate sitting area, hallway, terrace and bathroom with both shower and bath. Spa and swimming pool really nice and all areas of hotel clean and well maintained. Food good, the chef made me vegan options for dinner- thank you!

Perfect location. Quiet village with views and excellent bus connection with city center. Charming and cosy hotel. Spacious lobby, bar and restaurant interior. Will definitely check in again.

“Spider nets in rooms, impossible to find a parking spot, overpriced”

We traveled by car and when we arrived there were no available parking spaces dedicated to the hotel. The girls at reception sent us to check 3 different places to look for available parking slots, but all of them were occupied. When we finally found a parking spot and got back to the hotel we were asked to free the parking spot and were sent to leave our car on the underground parking of Spar store. Finding the parking took us more than an hour as the result. When we finally got to our room we saw a spider net near the window. When next morning we went down for breakfast which was included in the price we found out that almost half of the tables were empty but reserved. That is why it was difficult to find a free table as there were a lot people looking for a place to seat and have breakfast. This place is too expensive to put up with all these inconveniences and mess.
