“Lovely quiet location. The owner was attentive and provided additional drying racks for our ski wear. Takes a bit of eff”
Wonderful views across the valley to the far peaks. Whilst aspects of the property are a little dated, everything worked, the kitchen was well equipped and it was wonderful to have so much space. The whole property was just the right warmth to come into, after spending the day out in the cold.

“Great house and location”
An excellent, roomy, well-equipped house in an great location, very close to the cable car and funicular stations. It's also at the end of the frequent J bus route which is very handy for going to the supermarket (10 mins) and getting into Innsbruck (15 mins) if you don't have a car.

Everything was perfect. The owner was very attentive, showed and told everything. The location is great, the view from the windows is breathtaking. It was the best winter vacation. I hope to come back here someday.

Excellent Mountain View. Drinking Water is sweet here, very natural. We had 3 comfortable summer nights here although the temperatures were reported all above 30 degree.

A very spacious and comfortable house in an excellent location. The house is equipped with all that is needed for a family on holiday. The views from all windows are worth it. Especially wonderful is the 360° glass walled living room and kitchen area on the 2nd floor.

“A wonderful few days, a great base for relaxing, hiking/running and exploring Innsbruck.”
Spacious and light. Great views over the city and all those wonderful trails right behind! Easy to get to town and back via the bus. The perfect base to explore Innsbruck but also relax and enjoy just hanging out in the apartment.
