Beautiful spacious rooms. Enough hooks in the bedroom. The laundry room, where one can do your own washing, is a huge bonus. The staff were very helpful with information with regards to directions, buses, ect.

Restaurant was closed.

Beautiful area surrounded by mountains. Easily reach to the town centre by freiquent bus services with requested stop by The Olimpick World complex. Taxi services are readily available within easy reach to the train station and the town centre with transport links by bus, trams or trains locally and around Tirol wide area with weakly or other passes which cover unlimited use of all transport within this beautiful terain. Innsbruck is also very suitably located with excellent the fast city jet trains with Wien, Salzburg, Munick, Venezia, Bydapest and other destinations. “Very disappointing - heavy cigarette smell”

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in — the bed, cushions, curtains, everything had an intense stale smoke odor as if someone had just been smoking there regularly. It was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable for a non-smoking room. What made the experience even worse was the staff response: when we asked to switch rooms, we were basically told we were deprioritized because we booked through Booking instead of the Hilton app. We were also told there were “no rooms available,” which is hard to believe in a hotel of this size.

There was no hot water in the shower. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The room was very nice and the Fitness /Sauna.

After checking in, I found I was given a different room than I booked. The receptionist said they couldn't change it for me today because the hotel was full, but I'd get the room I'd booked in the morning. In the morning, I learned the room would be available that evening, but I had to get my things from the old one, so everything was left in the car until the evening
