Lovely apartment and well located with a bus to Innsbruck within walking distance down at main road - there was a great supermarket where we got bus with a great deli/cafe which we had lunch at before heading into Innsbruck.

A spacious apartment in a family-run property. Ideal location for winter holiday, near several skiing resorts. Host responded quickly when needed. Driveway was cleaned everyday (it was snowing heavily). Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Nice sauna. A lot of lovely details, such as heated storage for ski boots, bowl of sweets in the hallway:-)

The place was really quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals comfortably, making it feel just like home.

The room was clean. The location is quite - it's on the edge of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped. Nice tea/coffee present for a guest.

The property was perfect. Great location, stunning views. Picking up the keys was super easy. The host was very informative and was available to answer any question. The amenities had everything that were advertised. I would definitely recommend this property!

“Beautiful town and lovely house”

We stayed at Haus Kinspergher with our family. We came on our interrailng trip and managed to get by on public transport which was really helped by the Welcome Card which gave us free buses travel into Innsbruck (although admittedly a steep walk up from the bus stop!). The town of Axam was lovely with gorgeous views of the mountains and we had some great walks in the area. Really appreciative to Harald and his family for continually opening the swimming pool for the kids every day even when it wasn't sunny!

Everything was okay, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was self-service, I didn't have any problem. Communication with the host went smoothly.

Excellent location close to Insbruck. Host provided us Welcome cards that were a money saver for us: usage for some cable cars was free of charge as we were staying for more than 3 nights. Thanks!

It's very good apartment with many small things that make living in this apartment very comfortable. Such as set with tea/coffee, coffee machine dishwashing machine, a lot of stuff to prepare food, very comfortable bed, all these things are very useful for staying there. I enjoyed it, I will miss this apartment

The House is well placed to go hiking or to go to Innsbruck or just as a stopover to Italy. We used it for both.
