We had a fantastic stay. Brigitte, Gertrude, and family were very responsive to all our questions (prior and during the stay), kind and welcoming. The house is beautiful, warm on cold days, super clean, the water was always hot. There is everything that one needs, including utensils in the kitchen. The location was perfect for us. 5km from Innsbruck, yet absolutely peaceful. The village is beautiful with plenty of spots to stroll around. We also received a very handy Inns' welcome card, which was really useful. It took us around via the frequent bus connection. There are several stores behind the corner - walking distance.

We loved the location in a beautiful valley in the friendly village of Gotzens. The rooms were of a good size, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and the Prader family were very welcoming. We hired a car and enjoyed exploring local ski areas, for hiking and tobagganing and watching others on the pistes! Innsbruck was easy to access by car or bus too. We could easily walk to the bakery or supermarket each morning via the pathways in front of the house. There were some lovely hikes from the property too and we loved seeing the family's cows and sheep We wouldn't hesitate to stay again in summer or winter. Will definitely return!

The area was lovely. The room offers a gorgeous view of the mountains and landscape. The Ferienwohnung is three levels. The first level is where the owners live and the second and third levels are where the apartments can be found. The owners have a barn nevt to the house which houses sheep, goats, and cows. These animals are directly outside the window of the apartment. There is also a very friendly cat that would be on the balcony ready for pets. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a tv, full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, and some random items such as coffee filters and salt. The bedrooms are large and have lots of storage space. The hosts are very nice and we saw them a few times during our stay. There is a grocery store within walking distance and wonderful hiking routes nearby.

The apartment was clean & had everything for our visit, scenery was spectacular, parking was available and hosts very friendly. Would certainly visit again when we are back in the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay
