All the basics for my cooking were there. The stove and built in oven is surprisingly very powerful. Proximity to surrounding towns, hiking areas and the main city of innsbruck itself via bus were much better than expected. And buses were virtually always perfectly on time, with delays being very rare and at most 5-10 minutes. Not a single mosquito in sight anywhere I had no further noise complaints caused by other guests, or cars driving by.

Perfect location for tours around Innsbruck. Bus stop is quite away. Very quiet place with nice panoramic views through the bathroom`s window. Perfect sleep under down blankets. Would stay again.

Its very well maintained and super clean apartment. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures, the owners Family Mair who live there are very kind and are ready to go above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We really appreciated the tickets they gave us to explore the city. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to enjoy and explore the region.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, with everything that we need. The Mair family are very friendly and helpful, we feel very welcomed and supported during our stay. The location is perfect for our purpose of outdoor activities, and is also very quiet that we could have good sleep. The mountain and farm view is also lovely and made it very special.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Lovely clean kitchen, plenty big enough for two people, with a dining table and sofa. The balcony has a gorgeous view onto the mountains (the view from the window on the other side of the property was also stunning). The hosts are super friendly and kind, and between us we managed to negotiate the language barrier no problem. Goetzens is a short bus from Innsbruck center, but a card comes free with the stay that covers the cost of the bus! Bakery & supermarket are ~20 min walk away, so plenty of food options for breakfast/homecooked meals. The place is idyllic - we had a wonderful stay here. Thank you Ferienwohnung Mair!
