The property were in a very nice spot in Innsbruck and Josef, the host very nice! We were surprised with wine, breakfast and could even use the property longer than expected. Thanks for the great stay!

The home is very nice, very well organized and clean. you feel at home ! We left also our baby on the floor to crawl as it was very clean. The host left also for us a wine bottle to welcome us. Much appreciated! The position is great very close to the city even if to return is uphill so a bit hard.

A really nice apartment on the slopes of a mountain, ca. 20 min walk up the mountain from the city centre. If you like a good walk and are relatively fit, this is a nice location. The apartment is clean and well-designed; was spacious enough for 2 adults + 1 child for several days. The kitchen is very well equipped.

“Excellent”

The apartment was large for 2 people, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed - oven, induction cooktop, microwave, full size fridge. We ate in a couple of evenings as it is a 20 minute downhill walk to the old town - where all the eateries are. On the way home the best thing to do is catch K route bus from the marketplace, get off at the second stop and then the uphill walk is only 600m. Joesf, the host, was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. We went to Due Sicilie- excellent Italian food.

Beautiful modernized apartment with lovely, very cozy spaces in a typical family chalet of the region. Located away from the city center (10-15 minutes on foot), ensuring peace and an experience like being in a small hamlet. Private parking space for the car, with the possibility to store bikes safely. Elevated terrace area with a mountain view available. The host, Josef, was very, very welcoming, providing us with advice for our stay and being attentive and considerate throughout our stay. Everything is arranged to ensure an excellent stay.

“Great 3 night stay”

Great little apartment on a farm, very comfortable and well equipped. Great shower, plenty of hot water. We arrived in Innsbruck at midday and were able to go to the apartment early. It wasn't quite ready but we were able to leave our bags and head out.

Clean and kitchenette fairly complete. Beautiful backdrop mountain and the owner of the guesthouse are warm welcoming, and very helpful

This place is just so authentic. You're in a house that looks like a fairy tale, right next to a bunch of cute cows, and surrounded by breathtaking mountains. You get all the quiet of nature while also being within walking distance to the city center.

“Cosy Innsbruck apartment”

A pleasant clean and cosy apartment situated in the Hötting district of Innsbruck. Be warned, it's located in the hills which makes for a pleasant walk down into the city centre (approx 20 mins) but it's hard going on the return, although you can get a bus about half of the way. Josef is a friendly host and was kind enough to introduce me to the cattle and sheep.
