Nice appartment in a peaceful area. Space in the house was extremely good. Small supermarket very closed and bus station with high frequency bus availability. Nice train station for trip into the forest to Innsbruck

“Cozy apartment in a perfect location!”

The location was perfect, the apartment was very comfortable, and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly! It is a perfect jumping off point for skiing at Patscherkofel (10 min by bus, which is 2 minutes from the apartment) or for accessing any of the other mountains by bus (public transport is very easy and frequent and everyone uses it!). The apartment is also very close to a pharmacy, a grocery store, a little bakery, cute little shops, a few restaurants, plus lovely little paths to walk. We really enjoyed staying in Igls, which had a lovely low-key atmosphere, while also having the ability to easily and quickly make it into Innsbruck to explore/enjoy other restaurants, etc. and then easily take the bus home (they run basically every 15 minutes).

“Disappointed”

We stayed this apartment for the 3rd time for our ski vacation. I gave 10 points the last time. The apartment is big and conveniently located. The communication with the owner was smooth.

Spacious and well equipped. helpful host is a good communicator and organised tourist cards for us. Having a lift meant just a few stairs at entrance. Parking very close by. Bus stop to Innsbruck with frequent buses is handy.

Apartment Monika is very spacious, well maintained and clean. The equipment meets the needs of travelers and offers a comfortable stay. The WiFi signal is excellent, I was impressed by the good bed. The apartment also has one parking space. Mrs. Monika is flexible, helpful with various information, in short, a good host.

Roomy, lots of windows, kitchen very well equipped, balcony, very close to bus stop, private parking space.

Washing facilities would have made the apartment complete. Otherwise excellent.

A very comfortable apartment in an attractive village, well-placed to use public transport (free with the guest card) into Innsbruck.

Nice unit location was perfect. Easy to get around. Heating was less than good. Heating units were not working well and we were cold. Bedding was dusty.

I recently stayed at Monika Wohnung Innsbruck from October 6-8, 2023, with a group of 5 people, including a baby. The accommodation itself had good facilities and offered a lovely view. It's conveniently located, just a 15-minute drive from Innsbruck Hbf and easily accessible by bus, thanks to the welcome card provided.

Good apartment space, local details provided to get about with, cooking facilities good, quiet neighbourhood, useful balcony, helpful owners. Bus stop nearby, tram stop not too far a walk but check its operating first. Local bus free with Innsbruck card that owner helps you obtain in advance.

It’s huge, lovely views and very convenient for getting around Innsbruck

“Spacious clean apartment.”

Large spacious unit which worked well with our teenage children. Clean, and well equipped kitchen. Location is a little out of town but the bus is super easy to catch to Innsbruck, so was not a problem. Monica had our tourist cards ready for us when we arrived. The supermarket underneath was very convenient.

We liked the location. Easy and quick to travel from Innsbruck center by bus. Apartment was clean, spacious and Monika very helpful. Grocery store in the same building with good selection of products. Good price-quality ratio.
