“Friendly staff, but customer support with no empathy and check in gone wrong”
This Hotel has not met my expectations. However, there were a few pros: -Staff: they guys at the reception were really friendly. -The Hotel: not so far away from the Hauptbahnhof and very convenient for concerts at the Olympiahalle. We picked this hotel for we had a concert at the latter.

“Happy with the stay, you wont be disappointed :)”
The accommodation was still very clean, very well maintained, very modern, kitchen had everything we needed, balcony was bit tight for 4 of us but we managed. We had a view of some flats but looking further, lovely mountain views which was very much appreciated. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, secure parking was decent too! about 25 mins walk to the old town in Innsbruck. Would definitely consider staying here again, overall experience was great.

“A reasonable place to stay”
Perfect location, you get the middle town experience but totally silent night. Very modern and new equipment. We booked a room for 2 and got a room for 4 (living room was prepared with the Sofa - bed ) Kitchen fully equipped. Coffee machine etc..
