This booking was for an apartment, which is what we were offered by Booking.com. When we arrived, the apartment booked had the overwhelming smell of curry, which seemed to have soaked into the very fabric of everything. It is the one thing that makes my wife nauseous. Manager was very reluctant to do anything but eventually we were offered a different apartment which was a single, fortunately the bed was wide enough to accommodate the two of us. The whole attitude was grudging and we were not offered any refund. (In view of the Hotel's response, let's change 'refund' to 'reduction'. A cancellation would have left us with nowhere to stay.

Water damage on the floor, so the floor 1 m2 wasn't looking good. So you need to use shoes, so you don't hurt your feet.

I liked the position, the rooms and the warmth inside. The apartment is new and modern. The beds are quite comfortable, not quite the sofa, but I think it's normal. The staff is kind and friendly.

Great location with tram/bus stop right outside. Lovely and warm - heated floors were fantastic! Staff were wonderful, we were even given a little NY Eve package which was a lovely surprise! Lovely park across the road.

“Comfortable apartments in a good location.”

Location is good with a tram stop right outside. Was given a card to access free tram & bus travel for the duration of my stay. Shopping centre is a short stroll through the park. Didn't use any of the facilities, breakfast, bar, sauna etc. The apartments are accessed via the hotel.

It was clean and had everything that you need for cooking. The 2nd bed was also very comfortable.

Easy to find from the Train Station. Trams pass right by the hotel regularly. A 3 Day transit pass was included with my stay. I don't know if it was because I stayed for 3 nights, or it was the off season, but it was nice The front desk people were nice and helpful. Service and food was good at the restaurant. I was in Apartment 5. The apartment was large and well outfitted. Included dish soap in the kitchen and all toiletries you'd expect to find at a hotel. The bed was comfortable. There was no traffic noise even with the windows open on the ground level. The shower pressure was so high I had to turn it down a bit. This is a positive compared to other places I stayed. I needed to use the washing machine and I let the front desk know. It had a finished load of laundry in it when I wanted to use it. After 2 hours I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do to move along the other person. An hour later they called my room, let me know they had found the person and that the machine would be ready for me in 5 minutes. It was a nice touch to know they were actively working on it and called me when it was resolved.

Clean and comfortable. Everything looks pretty new, including the wellness area. The staff is also very helpful.

Apartments were spacious and clean, and had all basic necessities. Having an elevator was a plus. Check in was smooth and reception was able to book us a metered taxi to the airport. The property is located close to the Bahnhof.

The apartment was a nice size. I liked how there was a separate bedroom with large closet space. There were doors that led out to a yard. I didn't go out into the yard that much but there was a table and chairs to relax. The staff at the front desk were super kind and friendly. They helped open the door to my apartment when the people I was staying with took the key since there was only one key to the apartment. The Innsbruck Pass is very helpful for taking public transport (tram stop right outside the apartment) and staying three nights gives you access to some amazing cable car rides. I recommend going to Muttereralm Bergbahnen for great views and they have a swing on top of the mountain. Oberperfuss didn't have such great views (the weather was cloudy though). The air conditioning (AC) was nice.

Very good location, clean room ,free guest welcome card for public transportation(stay at least2night) and some cable car(stay at least 3nights)
